3. Contact via WhatsApp
We also offer you the option of contacting us via the WhatsApp messenger service (a service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland). If you use this service, WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies, over which we have no influence. When using WhatsApp, personal data (e.g. telephone number, message content, profile picture) is transmitted to WhatsApp and may be processed on servers outside the EU.
Please note that by contacting us via WhatsApp, you are independently transmitting personal data to the service and consenting to the use of WhatsApp. Communication via WhatsApp is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or for the purpose of initiating or fulfilling a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Cookies
Our website does not currently use cookies that collect personal data. Should this change in the future (e.g. for statistical purposes or functional enhancements), we will actively seek your consent.
